Tiffany is an amazing trainer. She listens to you and meets you where you are. She pushes you to be great, but she doesn't make you feel ashamed. She recognizes my unique characteristics and pain points and she makes it her business to understand. Sometimes I had joint pain during our sessions, but she modified the workout for me. She is so incredibly encouraging. She checks on you and will make sure that you're okay. If I have questions about macros or proper form outside of her session, she responds right away. I absolutely love working with her and highly recommend her.
